For consumers

• Search and browse verified local deals
• Save favorites and use wishlists (when logged in)
• View product details, locations, and outbound links to complete a deal with the merchant
• Use location-related features when you choose to provide a location

For businesses (merchants)

• Apply for or use a verified business account (subject to KVK checks and our approval process)
• Create and manage deal listings, including images, descriptions, validity dates, and outbound deal URLs
• Use optional tools we may offer (such as AI-assisted translation of listing text), always under your responsibility for the published content

Registration

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create multiple accounts (one account per email address)

For business registration we may require a business-domain email address (we block common personal email providers for company sign-up) to reduce fraud and keep marketplace quality.

Launch waitlist (coming soon mode)

If you sign up on a coming-soon page to receive launch updates, you agree that:

• You provide accurate contact details and opt in to marketing emails as required on the form to join the list.
• We may use Brevo as our email service provider to store your contact details and send the messages you requested.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages; unsubscribing ends marketing messages but does not by itself create or close a full Cheaply user account.
• Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and these Terms apply to that signup, including how we process personal data and any verification step (such as ALTCHA) shown on the form.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Posting misleading discounts or products
• Any other conduct we deem harmful to other users or the platform

Verification and eligibility

You may only publish deals after we verify your business. Verification typically includes checking your KVK (Chamber of Commerce) number and business details against official sources. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke verification or listings if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Listing accuracy and outbound deals

For every listing you must:

• Provide truthful, clear, and up-to-date information (title, description, prices, discount, conditions, and any codes shown on Cheaply)
• Ensure the outbound deal URL sends users to the correct offer or landing page you intend
• Use images and text you have the right to use (no infringing or misleading imagery)
• Set validity dates and location information honestly when those fields are shown
• Deactivate or update listings promptly when a deal ends, stock runs out, or terms change
• Review any optional AI-generated or translated text before publishing—you remain responsible for what goes live

Prohibited Content

Businesses may not post:

• Misleading or false product information
• Expired or unavailable deals presented as current
• Illegal products or services
• Fake or fraudulent discounts
• Content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law

Public visibility and search

Approved listings may appear in on-site search, category pages, and public URLs (including for indexing by search engines). Do not publish information you are not willing to make public.

Moderation, reports, and enforcement

We do not manually review every listing before publication. Users may report companies or issues. We may hide, edit, or remove listings, restrict features, ban accounts, or take other steps we consider appropriate—including in response to complaints, suspected fraud, or risk to users.

Optional automation or imports

If you use optional import, sync, or scraper-related features we make available, you remain fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of resulting listings and for complying with third-party site terms when collecting data.

Transactions and liability

Cheaply is not a party to sales between consumers and your business. You are solely responsible for honoring deals, stock, pricing at the point of sale, taxes, consumer law, and any dispute with the customer on your site or in your store.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on our platform (such as product listings, company descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant Cheaply a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Platform Content

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cheaply or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Trademark Usage

Businesses may use the Cheaply name and logo when promoting deals that are listed on our platform and that redirect users to our platform, provided such use is in good faith and does not misrepresent the relationship between the business and Cheaply.

Prohibited User Behavior

You may not:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the service
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users

Prohibited Business Behavior

Businesses may not:

• Post fake or misleading deals
• Engage in scam or fraudulent activities
• Post expired or invalid discounts
• Misrepresent products or services

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Contains adult or explicit material
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Service Disclaimer

Cheaply is an information platform only. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy of product information posted by businesses
• Participate in transactions between users and businesses
• Guarantee 100% service uptime (especially in the beginning)
• Take responsibility for external websites that businesses link to
• Control what happens when you leave Cheaply to complete a deal on a third-party site (their terms, cookies, and pricing apply there)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheaply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our platform.

We are an information provider only. While we do our best to keep the platform secure, honest, and safe, we are not liable if something happens. All transactions are between users and businesses directly.

User Disputes

If you have a dispute with a business:

• First, contact the business directly to resolve the issue
• You may file a complaint through our platform if the issue cannot be resolved directly

Our Role

Cheaply may act as a mediator in disputes between users and businesses. We reserve the right to ban companies from our platform if necessary and applicable, based on complaints or our own investigation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

Termination by Users

You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings. When you delete your account:

• Your account will be immediately marked as deleted and hidden from the system (soft delete)
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently removed from our systems (hard delete)
• This 30-day period allows for account recovery in case of accidental deletion

Termination by Cheaply

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

Business Account Termination

If a business account is terminated, all associated product listings will be removed. The business's data will be handled according to our data retention policy (30-day soft delete, then permanent removal).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Acceptance of Changes

By continuing to use our platform after changes to the Terms are posted, you automatically accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our platform.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cheaply regarding your use of our platform.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. We may enforce our rights at any time.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
